We embark on a dedicated journey with you—taking the time to understand your wishes, conceptualize unique designs, select exquisite fabrics, and conduct precise measurements and bespoke fittings (toile checks) tailored to your dog’s silhouette.

Every single piece of GRIG is personally envisioned, patterned, and handcrafted from start to finish by our founder, Iku Furudate, drawing upon her decades of experience in the heart of Paris’s haute couture and luxury prêt-à-porter haute gamme. Handcrafted with devotion by a single pair of expert hands in our Paris atelier, we bring to life a truly one-of-a-kind creation for your beloved sighthound.

 

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Consultation & Vision We begin with a personal conversation to understand your desires, the occasion, and your dog’s unique lifestyle. Together, we explore initial design directions and ideas.
  2. Design & Fabric Selection Based on our dialogue, custom sketches are created, and a curated selection of the finest fabrics and haute couture materials is proposed.
  3. Measurement & Toile Fitting To ensure a flawless and elegant silhouette, precise measurements are taken, followed by a dedicated fitting using a cotton 'toile' (mock-up) before cutting the final fabric.
  4. Handcrafted Creation Every single garment is meticulously cut, patterned, and hand-sewn from start to finish by our founder in Paris, infusing true couture craftsmanship into every stitch.
